Athens Jam
To Athens Jam, μέρος του Global Service Jam, θα πραγματοποιηθεί το τριήμερο 24-26 Φεβρουαρίου 2012 (έναρξη Παρασκευή 24/2 4 μμ και λήξη Κυριακή 26/2 3 μμ) στον χώρο του Loft2work, Ιερά Οδό 38.
Στης 24 Φεβρουαρίου ενδιαφερόμενοι γύρω από θέματα σχεδιασμού υπηρεσιών και την ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση προβλημάτων, μαζεύονται για να τα λύσουν σε ένα πειραματικό και συνεργατικό περιβάλλον, βασισμένοι στην διαδικασία του design (design process) μέσα σε 48 ώρες. Το κεντρικό θέμα θα ανακοινωθεί την Παρασκευή 24 Φεβ μετά τις 6 μμ. Την Κυριακή 26 Φεβ μέχρι τις 3 μμ δημοσιεύονται όλα τα projects στην κεντρική ιστοσελίδα του Global Service Jam. Κατά την διάρκεια του τριημέρο, θα διεξαχθεί workshop για το design thinking/design process από τον Νάσο Κουρούπη.
Λίγα λόγια για το Design Process
Ο ρόλος ενός designer είναι να δημιουργήσει προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες που απαντούν ανθρώπινες ανάγκες. Σε έναν κόσμο συνεχων αλλαγών, πρέπει να δουλεύουμε μαζί για να τον αλλάξουμε επί ουσίας. Αυτό απαιτεί μια ριζική αλλαγή στον τρόπο σκέψης, στρατηγικής και απρόοπτες λύσεις. Η διαδικασία του design μας διδάσκει πως να συνδυάσουμε την δημιουργικότητα με αναλυτικές δεξιότητες βασισμένες στο “χτίσιμο” ιδεών σε μια διαδικασία 5 βημάτων.
Νάσος Κουρούπης
Ο Νάσος είναι Principal Designer και σύμβουλος brand strategies. Εργάστηκε διεθνώς με startups για την δημιουργία νέων προϊόντων, υπηρεσιών και brands. Έχει μια ευρή εμπειρία στην διδασκαλεία σύνθετων design thinking concepts, θεωρίων, δεξιοτήτων, μεθοδολογίας και πως να μεταμορφωθεί η έρευνα σε στρατηγηκές design. Χρησημοποιεί το design process βασίσμένο στην έρευνα χρηστών (user research) για insights και στις δοκιμές χρηστικότητας για αξιολόγηση. Έχει εμπειρία στην διαμόρφωση και διοργάνωση μικρών συνεδριών δημιουργικής ανάπτυξης.

Welcome to Loft2work
Τhe concept of coworking spaces is well known in Europe and all over the world. They are places of collaboration, ideas and knowledge exchance between various professional and/or social groups and connect those groups with each other as well as the public and the private sphere.
In spring 2011, Loft2work started its operations in beta and opened its doors in the neighborhood of Kerameikos. Since then, various professionals and communities are residents in our casual environment and bounce off their creativity. Their needs increased and as a result, we moved to a larger space with more facilities, based in Iera Odos 38, where we reopened in December 2011.
Our first workshop «Social entrepreneurship as a force for social innovation» took place in the middle of December, in collaboration with The Hub Vienna, part of the largest coworking spaces network. Right before Christmas, technology startup Gipht.me , welcomed us in the neighborhood with a workshop about entrepreneurial milestones. Athens Video Art Festival and Radiojar took care of the entertainment at our Opening Party in January.
We connect our community with the cultural and social initiatives of Kerameikos area, but as well with the aspiring entrepreneurial communities, especially around social/cultural entrepreneurship. Communities and events that someone might come across at Loft2work are Jelly, Athens Jam, Startup Live Athens, People & Ideas, Art of Living etc.
