“Social entrepreneurs are unreasonable people. They are the mavericks who refuse to accept the status quo. They look at the world, are dissatisfied with what they see and resolve to change it.” David Bornstein

For the last 30 years Ashoka has been finding and supporting social entrepreneurs. Today, having identified over 3,000 individuals with game-changing ideas in 70 different countries they are world leaders in the field of social innovation.

This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the concept of social entrepreneurship with key case studies from leading innovators, insight into different business models and practical tips on how to set up a socially driven organisation.
